Thanks to its slow and full absorption and hydrolysis, it supplies constant and long lasting energy to the muscles and brain. Palatinose™ is slowly metabolized by the body causing only a minor increase in blood glucose level, as it enters the blood slowly. The result being that the energy obtained from Palatinose™ remains in the body much longer and offers a constant supply over a longer period than glucose. Palatinose™ supplies long lasting energy since it is an extremely slow carbohydrate which allows an even better distribution of the energy supply in our body. NEOBEE™

NEOBEE 1053™ is a caprylic/capric triglyceride. It is made using glycerol from vegetable oil sources and medium-chain fatty acids (MCTs) from coconut or palm kernel oils. CAFFEINE

Caffeine has a number of effects that will make a difference during your workout, so much so that it was once on the Olympics’ list of forbidden substances. Caffeine is a stimulant. Caffeine is ergogenic, helping you to perform difficult physical tasks by eliminating fatigue. Caffeine has been found to help with two kinds of exercise: endurance activities like a marathon or Iron Man competition, and short, power-intensive activities lasting about 4 to 8 minutes like lifting.

NIACIN

Niacin is a form of Vitamin B3 and is found in many good-for-you foods. B vitamins are essential for fueling your body and help the body convert food (carbohydrates) into fuel (glucose), which is burned to produce energy. They also help the body metabolize fats and protein, help the nervous system function and are necessary for healthy skin, hair, eyes and liver. But niacin is most often touted for lowering LDL cholesterol (the bad kind), protecting against cardiovascular disease and boosting HDL cholesterol (the good kind).

BCAA 2:1:1

Branched Chain Amino Acids, or BCAA’s, are a blend of three amino acids: leucine, isoleucine, and valine. They function together to promote muscle repair and recovery, as well as block catabolism. BCAA benefits include increased lean muscle and improved strength, protein synthesis, stable insulin levels, reduced mental fatigue, support for post-workout protein and GH-binding proteins. BCAA’s are depleted during hard, intense workouts so you can’t get enough.

BETA-ALANINE

Beta-alanine is the building block of carnosine, a molecule that helps to buffer acid in muscles, increasing physical performance in the 60-240 second range. Beta-alanine can aid lean mass gain. Carnosine appears to be an anti-oxidant and anti-aging compound. When beta-alanine is ingested, it turns into the molecule carnosine, which acts as an acid buffer in the body. Carnosine is stored in cells and released in response to drops in pH. Increased stores of carnosine can protect against diet-induced drops in pH (which might occur from ketone production in ketosis, for example), as well as offer protection from exercise-induced lactic acid production.

POTASSIUM - PREVENTS CRAMPING

Excessive losses of sodium (via sweat) can lead to muscle cramps, and in some cases hyponatremia (low blood sodium) – both can lead to a decrease in performance, and can cause major health complications. Sodium is critical for maintaining fluid balance, nerve function, muscle contractions, and acid-base balance. Sodium losses in sweat are greater than any other electrolyte. Therefore, it is crucial to maintain an adequate balance, both during your activity and after.

MAGNESIUM - RELAXES MUSCLES

Most Americans do not get enough magnesium in their diets leading to things like agitation, anxiety, irritability, trouble sleeping, confusion, an abnormal heart rhythm, low blood pressure, muscle weakness, spasms and hyperventilation. Magnesium is imperative for your organs, teeth and bones, and it also helps regulate your energy levels. Magnesium aids in helping muscles relax and is critical for healthy muscle function. Magnesium also aids in glucose metabolism, and it used in many enzymatic reactions.
